Conditions

1.   All rules governing Killarney Country Club shall apply.

2.   The KCC Squash Membership Special shall only apply 
       to "NEW" members joining Killarney Country Club 
       Squash Section

3.   All membership applications are subject to approval 
       and normal application procedures.

4.   This special form of membership may be Limited and 
       is subjecto to availability.

5.   Levies, such as the Christmas Levy, shall be 
       applicable to all new adult members joining KCC.

6.   This form of membership is limited to the use of the 
       Squash Section facilities only, namely squash, gym, 
       pool and social tennis. Facilities of the main clubhouse 
       are excluded.

7.   It is understood that the applicable commencement 
       subscription shall be increased at a rate of 25% per 
       annum so as to allow the variance margin between 
       Special Squash Membership and SS Squash
       Membership to reduce.
