Launched in 1992, Executive Cuisine today has highly professional and dedicated staff of 25, operating from Killarney Country Club, we are equally at home arranging intimate lunches for a handful of Board members and catering for hundreds of sports enthusiasts.
Executive Cuisine is the preferred contract caterer for an impressive number of blue-chip companies and leading event organizers; many have been clients from the outset.
Chef Meegan Buckley, founder of Executive Cuisine, is Hotel School-trained with many years of local and international experience. She has brought the highest standards to the management and control of executive dining rooms and staff canteens, winning some top awards along the way: Fedics Chef of the Year in 1984, 1985 and 1988, and the Fedics Most Creative Food Award in 1989.
The aim of Executive Cuisine is to be creative and forward-thinking, satisfying the needs of its clients. It is always happy to comply with special requests, and no event is too small or too demanding. In fact Executive Cuisine caters for as few as three people or more than 2 000.
