Confirmation of
Events
The full estimated event account must be paid 14 days prior event, a final account for payment within 7 days after the event, irrespective the number of parties responsible for payment.
A 75% deposit of the venue hire amount is required to secure your booking. The club reserves the right, should the deposit not have been paid within 10 days of booking to cancel your provisional booking.
