Here are our standard details relevant to a Golf Day at Killarney Country Club.
On client’s request, should it be a morning field, afternoon field or something in-between. Staggered starts using both the tenth tee the first tee with a 9-minute interval or the option of doing a shotgun start for no-less than 80 Players at a surcharge of R6500.
Two trestle tables with black stretch cloths, 4 chairs and a Killarney Gazebo set up by the bricked-cart park area.
Start your golf day off with a 5-star welcome and select from our canape menu or other catering menus available on request.
R40 caddie levy per caddie.
R50 Halfway house fee per caddie.
R200 minimum fee per caddie after play excluding above mentioned.
15 two-seater carts available at R400 per cart, payable at the Killarney Pro shop.
15-40 two-seater carts available at R600 per cart, payable up front.
Available by the Killarney Golf office staff at a cost of R1000.
From R2000 per hole:
– Killarney country club can provide one table and two chairs per hole at clients request alternatively client can bring their own set up/ banners/tables etc.
– Maximum of 6 watering holes recommended on the 1st tee, 10th tee and the short PAR 3’s ( holes: 4,6,14,17).
– Soft drinks, water and energade charged on consumption – client can bring in own beverages at an additional price depending on stock.
– Drinks/ice order through KCC to not be later than 5 days prior golf day.
All menus available on request and religious orders can be brought in at a surcharge of R70 per person.
Staffing charge at R60 per hour for a minimum of 5 hours and evening functions a transport levy of R60 per staff member.
The above mentioned venue rates are for 2022.
The full estimated golf day account must be paid 14 days prior golf day event, a final account for payment within 7 days after the event, irrespective the number of parties responsible for payment.
A 50% deposit of the pro-forma quote is required on confirmation. The club reserves the right, should the deposit not have been paid within 10 days of booking to cancel your provisional booking.
Kindly note, Killarney Country Club specialises in personalising your event from start to finish, therefore we do not accept walk-ins for venue viewing. We'll schedule an appointment with you so we are able to give your visit our undivided attention.
