The league season is now upon us, with the bowls committee under Keith Benjamin ably steering the ship. ‘League practice days’ members have been coming down to fill a green, some 40 or so bowlers, its’ a sight to behold.

The bowls club has now 2 men’s sides in the district 1st division, in addition to other leagues, whilst the ladies, last season’s 1st division section winners, have 1. Killarney are proud to boast 3 members currently representing the district at senior level, being Alan Gordon (Capt.), Warrick Sagar and Natalie Cumin.

Ever thought of trying the game? Can be at a social (have some fun) or competitive level. You’ll meet some wonderful people and it’s not physically strenuous.
