Each business is unique, and as such we believe in customising your Corporate Membership to suit your business’s needs. By filling out the application form, you have the option of selecting either full membership, 5 day membership or purchasing rounds.Companies who wish to take up Corporate Membership have to ensure that the parties joining are gainfully employed by the company-proof of such employment may be requested.

  • KCC will send you your welcome pack and billing information.
  • Once paid you are welcome to participate in the events, utilise all club facilities and book your golf online via the ClubMaster App or Club Master portal on the website.

Step 1

Select your preferred Corporate Membership type and number of memberships.

  • 6 Day Membership: Allows playing rights Tuesday through Sunday including Saturdays with access to all KCC Facilities - 5 Members R91 000* (Ex-Vat).
  • 5 Day Membership: Allows playing rights Tuesday through Sunday excluding Saturdays with access to all KCC Facilities - 5 Members R48 000* (Ex-Vat).

*This is an indicative costing estimate. A full costing estimate will be provided upon an inquiry.

Corporate Membership is Limited Membership: Green fees still apply at member rates (from R140 for 9 holes, and from R275 for 18 holes). Upgrade to unlimited rounds at an additional cost of R11 800 per member. 

  • Purchase of Rounds Upfront: Select the number of rounds you would like to use – applicable for one year (within the year of sign up). Rounds to be used company’s discretion. Affiliation is compulsory for a minimum of 2 employees of the company.

Affiliation fee: R1 195 per member. Along with this, you have the option to include additional benefits:

Step 2

Include one corporate golf day per year (of up to 80 players) with no green fees to be paid, together with the use of the Killarney Bowl venue for your prize giving (depending on availability) and evening entertainment. Applicable Tuesdays and Wednesdays, excludes Public Holidays.

Additional players may be added at standard member rates should your numbers exceed 80 players.

The Killarney Bowl venue will be provided for your prize giving and evening entertainment. All catering and beverages are to be arranged and paid for through KCC. The co-ordination, invitations and bookings for your event are your own responsibility.

All golf bookings are to be done through KCC, (011) 442 7411 who will gladly assist you in all your requirements.

This is not transferable to another company

Whether you wish to entertain three or 300, KCC can provide a choice of fully catered venues that are sure to meet your needs. Your Corporate Membership entitles you to the discounted use of any venue during the year which maybe used to coincide with your Corporate Golf Day or, for a company banquet or conference. 

  • THE CRYSTAL ROOM 100-300 pax:
    The Crystal Room is pleasant and private with a welcome area and verandah patio. It is suitable for all occasions including receptions, launches, conferences and exhibitions and social events.
  • THE GAZEBO ROOM 20-100 pax:
    A light and airy venue with magnificent views overlooking the 18th hole with its water features, birdlife and tree lined fairways.
  • THE TERRACE ROOM 20-80 pax:
    This venue leads gently onto a pleasant garden patio, suited to hosting smaller dinners and conferences.
  • THE KILLARNEY BOWL 60-120 pax:
    With a seating capacity of 120, this room offers its own private bar with outdoor braai-facility, ideal for team building events and relaxed dining.
  • COURTYARD ROOM 1 4-12 pax:
    The Courtyard room is ideal for the more intimate function or meeting with less than 13 people, ideal for board meetings or smaller events.

Please Note: All these venues have the option of Standard/Kosher/Halaal/Hindu catering as well as full bar services. Surcharges and a cleaning deposit are required for Kosher, Halaal and Hindu catered functions.

Fee Structure

This attractive Custom Corporate Membership package allows you build your own membership package and be quoted accordingly upon your receipt of inquiry, to meet your company’s unique goals and budget. The Corporate Membership Package fee excludes all playing fees and levies applicable to any sporting section and is an indicative costing. All subscription fees, affiliation and handicap fees must however be paid no later than the end of January of each year.
