The full estimated event account must be paid 14 days prior event, a final account for payment within 7 days after the event, irrespective the number of parties responsible for payment.
A 75% deposit of the pro-forma quote is required on confirmation. The club reserves the right, should the deposit not have been paid within 10 days of booking to cancel your provisional booking.
