On the 13th of May 2023, the Killarney Country Club hosted one of the biggest golf matches of the year. The Rum Dogs and the Killarney Army went head-to-head in a 36-hole match. The excitement was palpable as both schools’ 36 players teed off.
Congratulations to the Killarney Army for taking home the victory and a huge thank you to both schools for making it such a fun day out on the course.
Apart from the golf, the day was fun and festive – the food was delicious, and there were plenty of drinks to go around. Most of all, the match brought out the spirit of comradery that KCC is known for and was a reminder that golf is not just a game but a way of bringing people together.
